ABOUT YIEDA
UP Government has enacted the UP Industrial Development Act, 1976 to ensure planned development of industrial and allied activities in the state. NOIDA, Greater NOIDA (GNOIDA) and Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) have been created under this Act for the systematic development of their respective notified areas abutting Delhi, which if not planned, would have been prone to unauthorized urban growth. Noida and Greater Noida are the two main upcoming townships in the vicinity of the YEIDA notified area and would have a strong influence on any development within it. Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, located at Agra is an important tourist destination. Presently Agra is about 210 km away from Delhi by road.
The Govt. of Uttar Pradesh has been working proactively to improve the connectivity of the NCR to improve tourist attraction of Taj at Agra. The concept of the Yamuna Expressway (erstwhile Taj Expressway) conceived by the Govt. in the year 2001 with the idea of cutting down on travel time, planned a 100m wide and a 165 kms long Expressway on the eastern bank of Yamuna river, between Noida and Agra which would reduce the travel time considerably to just 100 minutes. The new 6 Lanes (extendable to 8 lanes) access controlled Expressway with brand name of Yamuna Expressway will also open up a vast area on the eastern bank of Yamuna river for Urban Development.

Possession & Registry : As per now many allottee have received offer of possession letter and they are getting their plots registered. Thus registry and possession have started in pockets 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B, 2C, 5A, I & J in sector 18 and in Sector 20 in pockets F, G, M, N, O. You can even visit registered plots and see the actual plots.
Bank Finance/ Loans : Bank loans are available only on registered Plots by almost all nationalize and private banks including BOB, SBI, PNB, Axis, HDFC and ICICI Bank. The loans are available up to 35 lakhs on 300 sqm plots.
Industrial Plots on Yamuna Expressway are available in Sectors 28, 29, 32 and 33 near Noida International Airport. The sizes starts from 300 sqm onwards.
Sizes : Available sizes are 300 sqm, 450 sqm, 595 sqm, 1000 sqm, 1800 sqm, 2000 sqm, 4000 sqm, 5000 sqm and even larger sizes.
Allotment Price : Industrial plots allotment was done at the rate of 6670 per sqm. The plots were allotted in scheme where initial payment was 30% and rest of the payment is in 5 years of installment.
